Terms and Conditions:
Deposit of $150 pp at time of booking to reserve Hotel and start visa process.
Airline tickets must be paid for at time of issue. If purchased thru us.
Full payment due 2 weeks prior to departure.
Cancellations of hotels 14-7 days prior to departure are subject to a $150 pp fee.
Unused visas are subject of $150 administration fee pp.
Cancellations are for land package only.
No visas issued for packages requiring a stay of longer than 1 month.
All package prices are based on availability. Hotel prices are subject to change without prior notice.
*Please note: If you have traveled to Umrah within the past 1 year, the Saudi Government will impose a fee of 2,000 Riyals per person. This fee is non-negotiable.*
DISCLAIMER: We process visas as per Hajj Ministry and Saudi Embassy’s requirements through the Umrah operating system. Once we receive the visa approval from Saudi offices, we submit passports to the Consulate for final approval and visa. It is up to the Consulate to approve or deny any visa at their own discretion. Jannat Travel & Tours, is not liable for any non-issuance of visa or delays caused by the Consulate. Customer is solely responsible for any penalties, cancellations and fees that may occur. Visa fees are non-refundable.
Documents Required
Valid passport for at least six months with 4 empty pages.
Two passport size photos (white back ground).
Permanent residents, please submit copy of your green card.
Orignal certificate of Vaccination for Meningitis.
Any supporting documents required by the Saudi Embassy must be notarized.
Females over 45 travelling without a Mahram must have notarized letter of no objection.
Females of any age travelling with a Mahram must have proof of relation.
Females under 45 may not travel without a Mahram.
